Jacqueline Star-Hubert, LE, CMLT Jacqueline is a Licensed Medical Aesthecian and Certified Medical Laser Technician. She graduated from The Artistic Beauty Institute in 2001 and received additional training at The Dermal Institute. She furthered her studies at The Advanced Laser Training Institute receiving her certification in didactice lasers. Jacqueline has been nationally recognized as a recipient of The Allergan Award of Aesthetic Excellence. She was born in Landstuhl, Germany and eventually moved to the United States where she and her family currently reside in Arizona.
